from the lender to a restricted account at the school or the school's
financial institution. |

- A post-secondary institution of
higher education or a vocational school declared eligible by the
U.S. Department of Education to participate in the FFELP. Some
guarantors may require schools to complete a separate agency-specific
participation agreement.
- An institution of higher education that meets PNC Bank's lending
eligibility criteria.

Designation of the student as being
full-time, less than full-time but at least half-time, or being
less than half-time by the educational institution in accordance
with normal standards of the institution for determining such
status of the student. |
